🥖 Braid time in Australia with Koni

Swiss tradition meets Australian summer. December 23rd is braided bread time – and Koni is in our kitchen here in Australia making authentic Swiss butter braids . Golden brown, fluffy, and delicious – exactly as they should be.


The scent of fresh braided bread fills the air, and suddenly Australia feels a little bit like Switzerland. Old traditions, it seems, know no borders.



And the best part: Even though Koni worked for the police for years , he has n't forgotten how to braid hair at all . Steady hands, perfect braiding technique – apparently, braiding hair is like riding a bike: you never forget it 😉


A taste of home, lots of heart, and plenty of butter – that's what friendship tastes like on the other side of the world. 🇨🇭❤️🇦🇺
